Our Farm<\/span><\/div>\t

\n\t From Nature, with Heart and Passion, for You\t <\/h2>\t
\n\t We are delighted to introduce our family farm, lovingly managed with passion and dedication by Hermann, an agricultural expert who graduated from the Agricultural Institute of San Michele all\u2019Adige in 2003.\n\nOur story begins with the family land, which Hermann took over at a very young age, already during his final year of school.\n\nSince then, our farm has experienced extraordinary growth, thanks to Hermann\u2019s care and determination. He chose to diversify the crops by including delicious cherries, alongside our apples. We are proud members of the Melinda consortium, a brand that stands for quality and reliability, thanks to the PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) apples we cultivate.\n\nEvery year, from late September to early October, we harvest our apples, while cherries are picked from the end of June through late July.\nWork in our fields is a continuous and passionate activity: from winter to spring, pruning and preparing the orchards require effort and dedication. During summer, we focus on thinning and harvesting cherries, while autumn is the season of apples. Each season brings a new challenge and an opportunity to learn and improve.\n\nIf you would like to enjoy an authentic experience and discover our world up close, we will be happy to accompany you on a tour of our farm.
